Equiset will undertake a significant redevelopment of the existing retail and University facilities located in the Caulfield Major Activity Centre, at the western end of the University campus.
A key aim of the project (Monash Village) is to integrate the University campus with the community and create an active, vital and sustainable town centre.
Monash Village is a project that has taken seven years of design consultation and exemplifies Equiset’s capacity to provide complex property solutions that deliver a
true benefit to all stakeholders. Equiset’s role is that of owner, developer, project manager and builder. |
