737 Bourke Street, Docklands

National Foods Corporate Headquarters

Equiset, a Grollo Group company, is the owner developer of a new 12 level, A-Grade corporate headquarters for National Foods, located in one of Melbourne’s most sought after business locations—Docklands. The development will be managed and constructed by Equiset, incorporating design features that meet the challenges of evolving workplaces to provide state-of-the-art, commercial offices.

Located in Batman’s Hill on an island site in one of Melbourne’s most prestigious locations, the development has the enriching benefit of a Bourke Street address.

The building will serve as the corporate headquarters for National Foods, one of Australia’s largest food companies with brands including Pura, Berri, Yoplait and
King Island Dairy. The development enables National Foods to consolidate their head office functions into one location drawing together over 700 employees. The ground level will accommodate a foyer fronting Bourke Street, with other amenities including cafes, restaurants and retail and integrate directly with Village Street, Batman’s Hill.

With its associated retail amenities, convenient parking, public transport, parkland, water-frontages and CBD connections, 737 Bourke Street presents a unique opportunity for progressive business, both commercial and retail.
