Equiset is a family owned property development, project management and construction company which was established in 1998 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Rino and Diana Grollo Group of Companies.

Equiset is not a developer in the traditional sense, but will seek out strategic and original solutions. Equiset is in the business of creating better places for people, whether it be a public plaza, office space, retail or other any other use.

Equiset takes a long-term view of all our projects, from the planning and construction phases to long-term ownership, in order to form strong and established partnerships.

Through critically assessing the resources and infrastructure needed to deliver a project and by exploring partnerships, joint ventures or separate entities, Equiset creates innovative approaches that deliver the right solutions.
